Lauren Lichko Interiors is a dynamic, forward-thinking interior design studio specializing in creating luxurious, inviting residential and commercial environments. With a deep passion for elevating design narratives and a reputation for thoughtful storytelling, we are expanding our communications team and seeking a motivated and creative PR & Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s voice across earned media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- PR Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a proactive media relations strategy to secure press coverage across print, digital, and lifestyle outlets.
- Draft compelling press materials—press releases, media alerts, bios, talking points, client success features, etc.
- Pitch and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, and influencers in the design, architecture, and lifestyle spheres.
- Manage editorial placements from pitch through publication, including tracking and reporting metrics.
- Social Media & Content Creation• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging visuals and copy for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms—posts, Stories, Reels, video, etc.
- Capture and curate high-quality photo and video content (e.g. behind-the-scenes, project progress, finished spaces).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Event Coordination & Campaign Support
- Assist with press previews, studio tours, and media-facing events when needed.
- Support integrated communication campaigns—across PR, social, email, and marketing.
- Reporting & Trend Monitoring• Prepare regular campaign reporting, social analytics insights, and performance summaries.
- Stay informed on media, PR, and social trends in design, architecture, and culture.
Qualifications:
Must have Strong understanding and background with luxury or established brands.
- Experience & Skills – 4+ years in public relations, communications, editorial, or content creation—preferably within design, architecture, or culture.
- Proven track record of securing media placements and managing social media for brands or clients.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong editorial sensibility.
- Strong visual aptitude for creating or overseeing social media content.
- Proficient with social media platforms/tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, scheduling tools like Later/Planoly).
- Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle overlapping projects with precision.
- Location & Work Style• Based in or near North Palm Beach, FL, with ability to join the studio periodically for meetings, photo shoots, or events.
- Energetic, independent, and collaborative, with a keen sense for creative strategy and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to write with a given audience in mind. Writing sample is requested.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with business needs
- Able to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Ability to start, follow through and complete projects without direct supervision
- Availability to work a variety of hours which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a real desire to learn and grow
- Experience or passion for interior design and home furnishings
- Must have experience with Google suite and Microsoft Suite

Job description:
We are looking to bring on an Interior Design Intern to work alongside our team on various high-end residential projects. Our work encompasses all aspects of design, from interior architecture to decoration. This position is part or full-time with the opportunity for advancement at the end of the internship. Applicants should be enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Design Team and Principals in conception, procurement, and installation.
- Organize and maintain the storage of project materials, samples, and office supplies.
- Run errands as needed to pick up samples, supplies, etc.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Enrollment in an interior or architecture program—must be a 2 or 4-year program.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Must be open to feedback and learning experiences.
- Must work well in a small group setting and enjoy working as a team.

- Internship Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30AM-5:00PM EST

Job description:
High End Design Firm is looking for a detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant. Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the interior design process. All candidates must be an ambitious self-starter willing to take initiative in a diverse range of projects operating in a fast-paced environment.
All candidates must be local to the South Florida area.
Primary responsibilities include project assisting the Principal and Staff designers in billing and administration, architectural finish schemes, furniture and fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, purchasing and tracking furniture orders, creating design presentations and writing FF&E documentation and specifications.
An ideal candidate should be a team player who possesses a sophisticated eye for design and willing to contribute creatively to a wide variety of projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associated degree in Interior Design
- 1-2 years of related experience as a Design Intern or Design assistant at a residential design firm
- Knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, specifications, color and materials
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft applications
- Communicate with vendors and track orders
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Studio Designer accounting software a plus
- Fluent in English
Job Duties:
- Spearhead purchasing process through vendor quotes, client estimates and payments, purchase orders, and invoices
- Assist with compilation of design schemes
- Source new and vintage products including furniture, textiles, hardware, lighting, and accessories utilizing domestic and international vendors
- Assist with installations and organize deliveries
- Communicate with vendors on a daily basis regarding quotes, purchase orders, and timely deliveries
- Organize and maintain resource library and materials
- Prepare for client presentations: obtain pricing, order samples, produce presentation boards, assist with furniture plans, prepare elevations, renderings and shop drawings for client design projects
- Keep our resource list up to date
- File and keep the material library tidy
- Work with Principal and Staff designers to add new products, vendors, and information via magazines and other findings
- Assist in picking up office supplies as needed
- Work independently on projects discussed with principal and staff designers
- Great communication skills – very important
- Work in Studio Designer accounting software for POs and Order Tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft word applications
- Assist in client presentations
- Assist in sample orders
- Assist in vendor meetings
- Is second in line to answer phones
- Work with Administrator to manage packages and deliveries, help check in items that are received.
- Confirm all order invoices and payments
- Organize and keep office tidy and clean
- Keep monthly calendar through G-mail tracking appointments, deadlines, etc.
- Assisting Interior Designers:
- Weekly meeting with Designer’s & Project Manager’s
- Update and maintain Vendor list
- Organize and maintain showroom
- Maintain organized client order binders physical and digital
- Track orders on calendar and accounting software and report status updates to all clients on a bi-weekly basis and report all status updates to each Project Manager and Designer on a weekly basis, approve all fabric cuttings and strike off samples, report all arrivals of products while recording all charges on P.O.s
